And on to the next chapter...

Hello to you all! I hope summer is treating you all wonderfully and that you have been having a grand ole time!

We've been keeping ourselves busy here. Not with the usual summer activities, but mostly with going totally and utterly nuts.

I finally finished my summer of Chemistry and surprisingly passed the class with an A. I really didn't think I was going to do it this time. In fact even after getting my final score I went back for the next few days to make sure it stayed the same and wasn't just an error on the teachers part.

After seven weeks out of school, I just sent my three youngest back on Monday. I am a bad parent for feeling totally relived that they are now under the management, for at least seven hours a day, of someone who is ten times more organized than me and who also has the ability to force my children to do work. An ability I tend to seriously lack.

This summer has been a bit different from previous summers. Part of that is due to the fact that I took summer school, which was a bad decision on my part, and the other was due to the "foster aunting" that we have been doing for the last few months. It has been a little more than what I bargained for. I guess living with other people isn't easy. Who knew?

My next semester of school begins in a week. I have great plans of laziness for at least two out of the seven days I am off. Physiology is next on the agenda. Everyone says that out of all the classes... that is the killer class. Such great things to look forward too.
