I told Rebecca that after I took my test I would make sure to blog. She hounds me a little bit, but she does it to Keri also so I don't feel so bad. Well, I took my last part of the CNA test today... and though I won't know if I passed it for more than a week I am just thrilled that I get to take a break from studying for a while and it looks like if I fail it I'll have to retake the whole class (since I am a procrastinator big time right now)... we shall see. I really am hoping that the whole CNA thing is behind me.
On to what I am up to right now... not much. I had an outpatient surgery last week. It is the first time that I have been "put to sleep". I was pretty worried about what that would be like, but it turned out much nicer than remembering all the stuff they did to me (cut holes in me, put IV's in, and breathing tubes). Around the 5 day mark the pain pretty much disappeared and I feel almost 100%.
The family has been keeping busy. We got to go on an overnighter up to the neighbors friends cabin again this year. The kids had a blast!
We are getting SO close to having downstairs finished. Just a few more things to finish up and we can call it good for a while.
