2010 Family Reunion

Once again we all got to hop in our car for a family fun adventure to the ever exciting Casper Wyoming. Somewhere back in the mid 1900's my husbands grandfather moved his small family to the windy little city and it is now the hot spot for the family get togethers...

It is always fun to get together with family and hang out. This was no exception. Even the firework show out of the honeymoon suite in the hotel (that was less than close and not quite spectacular to say the least) was fun with family around.

We spent a day up at the park playing softball, frisbee, and just hanging out with each other. Then had an eventful night at the Parkway Plaza eating an Italian buffet and hoping beyond hope that the slide show (which I had spent many hours putting together) would be able to play on the computer that Nate had accidentally crashed earlier in the day. Luckily my smarty pants husband was able to get it working so we got to watch it before heading outside to play some miniature golf. We ended the evening with a couple of games (the minute to win it type) which kept us all laughing hysterically.

The next day we had a family talent show, which despite the fact that nobody really wanted to be in it... it turned out quite successfully. We had talents from hula hooping (which I did with my girls) to a beautiful Cello solo played my Nate's 6 year old cousin.

The kids had a ton of fun playing with cousins and swimming in the hotel pools. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and left lasting memories.
